General Information:

• Winners must be employed by the Virginia Farm Bureau on the dates of the trip to qualify for the prize package. Exceptions include any agent, AM, or AM(P) who qualifies for the trip but retires in good standing prior to the trip, having met the company's normal retirement minimums of 15 years of service and 55 years of age.
   
• Winners are allowed to bring a spouse or guest. Guests must be 21 years of age or older, and be a member of the winner's household or immediate family (parents, siblings, or children).
   
• Note: Value of trip, prizes and activity allowance will be taxable.  Winner assumes tax responsibility for guests.
   
• Activity cards for attendees will include allowances for non-group meals, and Thursday activity of choice.
   
• Group dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
   
• All attendees will be provided a VB Wave GoPass 3-day (trolley) ticket. This allows attendees to travel from one end of Atlantic Ave to the other, daily, from 8:00AM to 2:00AM, about every 15 minutes. Stop along the way at shops, restaurants, museums, and more.

• Additional food and beverage charges made at the hotel will need to be paid prior to check out.
