You grant Virginia Farm Bureau the right to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name, in perpetuity, in connection with Virginia Farm Bureau and its initiatives, including, without
limitation, use on VFB’s websites, social media, news and advertising without your further approval or any payment to you.

If you do not wish to have your image recorded, you should contact VFB at media@vafb.com and include an identifying photograph for reference. If you fail to notify VFB in writing you are agreeing to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify VFB from
all claims involving the use of your image, name, or voice.
