This interactive workshop will explore the resiliency of farm families and how feelings, emotions, choices, and actions affect the quality of one’s life. Using the analogy of the types and appearances of sunflowers, participants will have the opportunity to examine the causes and symptoms of stress. Developing an awareness of ways to handle stress and/or help someone else is a goal of this workshop.
