Have you heard the term “redistricting” but never fully understood how it impacts you? Are you curious about the role Farm Bureau plays in elections? This workshop will unpack the effects of redistricting in Virginia, including how to determine what new district you will be in and when that will occur. In addition, be sure to join for a preview of the 2023 state elections and an overview of Virginia Farm Bureau’s political action committee, AgPAC, and how you can get involved.

Spring Forward: Leave Stress Behind

The resiliency of farm families and how feelings, emotions, choices, and actions affect the quality of one’s life will be explored in this interactive workshop.  Participants will have the opportunity to examine the causes and symptoms of stress and practice stress reducing techniques.  Resources for participant use and resources to help someone else will be provided and discussed.
