Prospective Exhibitors should complete the Virginia Farm Bureau Convention Trade Show Exhibitor Application and submit with the booth space deposit. Completion of the application confirms acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.

Applicants will be notified by email of exhibit space availability.

All payments of confirmed exhibitors shall be received prior to October 26, 2022, and are non-refundable.

**Exhibit space is limited, and will be assigned in the order of applications confirmed. Each booth space is limited to two representatives.
