Hotel reservations will be made on your behalf.

You will be responsible for paying for your hotel accommodations at check-in.  

All attendees will need to provide ID and credit card at hotel check-in to cover incidental (personal) charges.

Virginia Farm Bureau Rate: $185.23/night (all taxes and fees included) - Parking: $20/night 

You will not be able to make your own hotel reservations and receive the discounted room rate.

Hotel refunds will not be issued for rooms canceled within 72 hours of arrival.
