Rate: $250/exhibit - each exhibit includes a 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, one identification sign and 2 representatives who may attend any         meals offered on Tuesday. Shipping and ancillary costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.                                                                                                              *Additional tables ($50 each), chairs ($10 each), and representatives ($100 each) can be added for an upcharge.    

  • Payment is due by Friday, November 10
  • No refunds will be given after Friday, November 17
  • Hotel refunds will not be issued if room is canceled within 72 hours of arrival
