***INFORMATION STATIONS AND NETWORKING MEALS REPLACE AN "EXHIBIT HALL" THIS YEAR***

This year we are offering the opportunity to host an Information Stations—mainly tables for handouts and business cards— as well as networking meals in lieu of a traditional "exhibit hall."  You are not required to "man" your table at all times, as we encourage you to mingle with our members.  (In fact, hosting an information table is not mandatory for attendance.)

One representative from each Information Station will register as a One Day Attendee or a Full Convention Attendee. You will have the opportunity to indicate if you need a table.  Each additional representative from the same organization will register, individually, as a  One-Day Attendee or a Full Convention Attendee.

Attendees staying overnight on December 2 will be considered Full Convention Attendees.

Information tables--for those who need them--will be located throughout the meeting space.
