General Information

  • Winners must be employed by Virginia Farm Bureau on the dates of the trip to qualify for the prize package. Exceptions include any agent, AM, or AM(P) who qualifies for the trip but retires in good standing prior to the trip, having met the company's normal retirement minimums of 15 years of service and 55 years of age.
     
  • Winners are allowed to bring a spouse or guest. Guests must be 21 years of age or older, and be a member of the winner's household or immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, or child).
     
  • Note: Value of trip, prizes and activity allowance will be taxable. Winner assumes tax responsibility for guests.
     
  • Group dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday night.  
     
  • Additional food and beverage charges made at the resort will need to be paid prior to check out, or they will be payroll deducted (PRD).
