As the chair of the Women’s Leadership Committee at the American Farm Bureau Federation, she has spearheaded initiatives that empower women.      Through programs under her leadership, women receive education on sustainable farming practices, business management, and financial literacy. These programs empower participants to make informed decisions that impact not only their farms but also their communities.
Her efforts have increased participation of women in agricultural fairs and expositions, allowing them to network and learn from fellow professionals. This support network has been crucial in creating a sense of belonging and shared purpose among women in agriculture, helping them excel in a traditionally male-dominated field.

AMBERLEY SNYDER, Barrel Racing Champion and Motivational Speaker
     Amberley Snyder is an inspiring motivational speaker and champion barrel racer known for her incredible resilience and determination. Born on January 29, 1991, in California, she developed a passion for riding horses at a young age and began competing in rode events by age seven. Her talent led her to win the All-Around Cowgirl World Championship in the National Little Britches Rodeo Association in 2009. In January 2010, a car accident left her paralyzed from the waist down, but after months of intense rehabilitation, she made a triumphant return to barrel racing just 18 months later. Amberley's story of courage and perseverance has inspired many, leading to a career as a motivational speaker and a depiction of her journey in the Netflix biopic "Walk. Ride. Rodeo." in 2019. She continues to compete in rodeo events, advocate for individuals with disabilities, and inspire countless people with her message that no dream is too big, no matter the circumstances.
