11:15 AMActivities at the Virginia General Assembly
  • Meet at Hyatt Place to head down to the Capitol via bus
  • Legislative Briefing- 12:45 p.m. at the Capitol (Please allow time to go through security)
  • Legislative Office Visits- delivering AITC’s Book of the Year
  • Bus will return to the Hyatt Place at 4:30 p.m.

If you are driving yourself:

  • Please go to the entrance to the Capitol via Bank Street to go through security. Allow time to go through security.
  • If you are arriving after the briefing, go to the General Assembly building.
  • Please be sure to pick up your AITC Books of the Year at the Hyatt Place before you head downtown.
